The purpose of this position is growth. You’ll be able to learn a lot about our business, and will have exposure to all levels of the organization. Our growth hacker will be part of the growth team and will work closely with product, marketing and engineering.
[Requirement]:
Innate interest in learning about customers behavior through both numbers and qualitative data
Experience with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and user segmentation
HTML/CSS/JS skills to set up A/B testing, analytics, and pixel tracking
Full stack developer. Excellent in Java
Strong written English skill
Quick learner and self-driven
[Bonus]:
Experience using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Kissmetrics, etc.
Experience running drip marketing campaign
Excel and SQL skills
